On the Derby Docks there has been a light out for ages which leaves the people walking across at night in danger of falling or being mugged as its total dark on a small path flanked by bushes.
You can see below that it was reported on the 17 Dec last year and again on the 9th of this year and still this light hasnt been replaced. Would it take them this long to replace a bulb if it was in Macclesfield I think not. So how long does it take to get a new bulb? We have asked Brian SILVESTER to take some action before someone gets hurt
