VIEWS SOUGHT ON PROPOSED CHANGES TO MOBILE LIBRARY SERVICE.

Willaston and Rope Ward Councillor Brian Silvester is seeking the views of his constituents on the proposed changes to the mobile library service. He said, " The number of mobile libraries is being reduced from three to one. Consequently it is being proposed that  the number of stops is reduced but  all the communities will still receive a service. The consultation ends on the 23/5/12. The proposed changes in Willaston and Rope are detailed below. In each village the number of stops will be reduced from six to one. I would like the users of the mobile library service in my ward to let me know their views of the  proposed changes so I can represent their views in the consultation process. The mobile library is an important service and it needs to be retained with the maxinum coverage possible."
